Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Iron State Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
