Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination:

- Canada (Standard): 3-7 business days after processing
- Canada (Expedited): 2-4 business days after processing
- United States: 5-10 business days after processing (when available)
- International: 10-20 business days after processing (when available)

FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $200 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within Canada. Additional markets are being added. Please contact us at info@ironstate.ca if you'd like to be notified when we expand to your region.

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
For orders shipping internationally, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their local authorities. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS
IRONSTATE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@ironstate.ca and we'll help resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
